JOHN 1:7 KJV - "He Who Believes In Me, As The Scripture Has Said, Out Of His Heart Will Flow Rivers Of Living Water."

The Promise of the Holy Spirit
On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers ofliving water." But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

These 3 words "thirst, come and drink" summarizes the gospel invitation. A recognition of need leads to an approach to the source of provision, followed by receiving what is needed. The thirsty needy soul feels the craving to come to the Savior and receive the salvation that He offers. The impartation of the Holy Spirit is the source of spiritual and eternal life.
