God made several promises in the Bible that He NEVER, EVER broke! You will not find even an "inth" of a promise that God broke! \o/

The word "covenant" also means "promise." The Old Testament is full of the history of "blood covenant." Here are a few of the Promises God made us, His followers:

PROMISE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT:
Galatians 3:14 kjv "That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we (the Gentiles) might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."
Acts 2:38, 39 "...Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

PROMISE OF SALVATION to all that Believe:
Galatians 3: 22, 27-29 kjv "But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe." "27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. -28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. -29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."
Romans 4:16 "Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

PROMISE OF JESUS CHRIST THROUGH THE LINEAGE OF DAVID:
Acts 13:22, 23 "And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.
Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus

DANIEL PROCLAIMS GOD'S FAITHFULNESS TO US:
Daniel 9:4 And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;"

THE LORD TARRIES NOT - HIS PROMISES ARE GOOD:
II Peter 3: 9-10 kjv "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

JESUS WILL RETURN (you can bank on it!)
II Peter 3:10 kjv "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."
