The Bright Morning Star depicts the glory of Jesus and His birth. This banner can also represent "JOY." For joyous is the thought of our savior's Birth and the unconditional love He has shown us since the beginning of time.

In Revelation 22:16 Jesus speaks, "I, Jesus, have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star." Here, He who is the Light of the World, speaks of Himself as the "Bright and Morning Star." He will dispel the darkness of this world upon His return as Messiah just as He did in his day as Saviour, Redeemer, Great Healer, Prophet and Teacher!

This banner is 6 foot by 5 foot. It was made especially for Pine Summit Baptist Church December, 2000. It represented JOY and was put together by one person. The back is blank, but a possible draft for the back is on the drawboard. The Traveling Banner Ministry purchased this banner for the cost of the materials the year after it was made.
